Description

You will manage and maintain core enterprise infrastructure focused on Citrix environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Citrix version migrations within on-premises environments.
• Oversee and troubleshoot Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp configurations.
• Conduct NetScaler firmware upgrades, certificate renewals, and associated troubleshooting.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting and reporting tools for Citrix technology administration.
• Monitor infrastructure using tools like SCOM and SPLUNK.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years managing Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp in large enterprise settings.
• Proficiency in NetScaler administration and firmware updates.
• Strong knowledge of server virtualization, including VMware ESXi and vCenter.
• Experience administering Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019).
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience managing application and patch deployment via SCCM.
• Familiarity with Azure VDI administration.
• Knowledge of SQL Database and SAN storage concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile processes, supporting 24x7 global operations.
