Description

Manage and maintain global enterprise Citrix Cloud environments and infrastructure.

You will own the daily operations, administration, and troubleshooting of Citrix systems, ensuring high availability and performance for end-users.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Citrix infrastructure components including License servers, Storefront, Delivery Controllers, and VDA machines.
• Implement, administer, and troubleshoot Citrix systems using PVS, XenApp, and XenDesktop.
• Manage application deployment via SCCM and configure license servers for renewals and updates.
• Create and manage XenApp policies and user privileges to ensure secure access.
• Monitor Citrix Cloud performance, security analytics, and Application Delivery Administration.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of Citrix or IT operational experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Proficiency in Citrix Desktop and Application (Cloud) solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Provisioning Server (PVS), XenApp, and XenDesktop.
• Technical knowledge of NetScaler, Gateway service, Director, Web interface, and App Streaming.
• Experience with MCS, PVS, and Server Build technologies.
• Ability to use PowerShell or similar scripting to pull reports and automate tasks.
• Experience using AWS EC2 with golden AMI for Citrix MCS provisioning.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Universal Hybrid Multi Cloud Citrix licensing.
