You will administer and support Citrix infrastructure and XenApp environments, ensuring system stability, security, and operational excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Citrix infrastructure, XenApp environments, and user access configurations.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and user experience to ensure stability.
• Troubleshoot Citrix-related issues and resolve production incidents.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.

Required Skills

• 7-11 years of experience in Citrix Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix and XenApp environments.
• Proficiency in Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Application Support and production issue resolution.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
