Description

You will manage and maintain Citrix infrastructure to ensure 24x7x365 uptime and service availability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Citrix infrastructure components, including deployments, upgrades, and server patching.
• Configure and manage Citrix NetScaler, including virtual servers, certificates, policy settings, and firmware upgrades.
• Deploy and configure new customer environments within Citrix Cloud, managing delivery groups and machine catalogues.
• Monitor system performance and capacity to identify and resolve performance exceptions.
• Develop automation strategies and scripts to improve environment stability and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Citrix administration.
• In-depth knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and App layering technology.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Citrix NetScaler/VPX.
• Experience implementing Citrix on Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency with Citrix FAS and troubleshooting FAS-related issues.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix Xenapp and Group Policy.
• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Foundational networking knowledge including TCP/IP.
• Citrix certification Associate (CCA-V).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AD, DNS, and DHCP.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience working within Agile methodology or the financial services sector.
