Description

You will design, implement, and support large-scale enterprise infrastructure upgrades and technology expansions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering assistance for infrastructure upgrades and technology expansions.
  • Perform integration, testing, and documentation for enterprise infrastructure changes.
  • Deliver second-level technical support.
  • Manage on-call duties, including nights and weekends.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix XenApp.
  • Experience administering Citrix Access Gateway.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server 2003 and 2008.
  • Knowledge of customer service concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS v10x).
