You will design, implement, and support large-scale enterprise infrastructure upgrades and technology expansions.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering assistance for infrastructure upgrades and technology expansions.
- Perform integration, testing, and documentation for enterprise infrastructure changes.
- Deliver second-level technical support.
- Manage on-call duties, including nights and weekends.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency with Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix XenApp.
- Experience administering Citrix Access Gateway.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Windows Server 2003 and 2008.
- Knowledge of customer service concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS v10x).
