Description

Manage and optimize Citrix virtualization environments to support enterprise business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions using Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop.
• Maintain environments through routine patching, updates, and preventative maintenance.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate changes before production deployment.
• Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshooting for infrastructure incidents.
• Monitor, tune, and conduct health checks to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Citrix environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Citrix XenApp.
• Hands-on expertise with XenDesktop.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with change management practices.
• Proficiency in technical documentation.
• BTECH degree.
