Citrix SME – Azure Platform

You will manage and optimize Citrix infrastructure within Azure and AWS environments, covering both daily operations and large-scale project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Citrix operations including Citrix Cloud, CVAD, NetScaler, FSLogix, and Autoscale.
• Lead deployments, upgrades, and migrations of Citrix infrastructure on Azure.
• Troubleshoot complex Citrix VDI issues, user profile problems, and policy administration.
• Configure Citrix Machine Creation Services (MCS), FSLogix, and Cloud Gateway Services.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for image updates and scaling.
• Provide architectural guidance for performance, security, and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience managing Citrix infrastructure.
• 3–5 years of experience specifically with Azure-hosted Citrix environments.
• Expertise in Citrix Cloud and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure (VMs, Networking, Storage, RBAC, Entra ID).
• Experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Cloud Gateway Services, SSL, and HA.
• Hands-on knowledge of FSLogix, Citrix Profile Management, and WEM.
• Management of Citrix StoreFront, Director, Studio, and Autoscale.
• Experience with Windows Group Policy management and Azure Monitor.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, Azure Automation, and GitHub.

Preferred Skills

• Citrix certifications: CC-VA-D-MA, CCP-V, or CCE-V.
• Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty AZ-140 certification.
