Description

You will own the architecture, deployment, and L3 support for enterprise virtualization platforms across cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build application and desktop virtualization solutions using Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft WVD.
• Deliver project milestones within defined timelines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Provide L3 support for critical technical issues in production environments.
• Manage cloud adoption plans and oversee cloud application design and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and configure VDI GPOs, policy management, and printing solutions.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert for Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and Windows Virtual Desktop.
• Proven experience in installing, building, configuring, and troubleshooting Citrix and VMware environments.
• Deep knowledge of Citrix Cloud architecture and management.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix WebInterfaces and StoreFront servers.
• Proficiency in VDI GPOs, policy management, and thin client management (e.g., Wyse).
• Experience with cloud service providers and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with client-facing experience.

Preferred Skills

• BE/BS in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent science degree.
• Experience with Wyse Device Manager and other VDI management software.
