Description

You will manage the architecture, deployment, and lifecycle of Workspace technologies and Citrix infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Windows 365 (CloudPCs) and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Own the application support and development for Citrix infrastructure on a 24/7 basis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Tier II issues using root cause analysis.
• Automate workspace processes using Power Automate, Copilot, and RPA technologies.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for all workspace technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in VDI engineering.
• High proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops architecture.
• Deep expertise in Citrix Cloud and its associated automation.
• Strong background in Azure with specialized experience in W365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience with Citrix integration across AWS and Azure environments.
• Extensive knowledge of VMware and Nutanix platforms.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting NetScaler.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot L1, L2, and L3 issues systemwide.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IGEL technologies.
• Knowledge of Power Automate code and AI implementation.
