Description

You will design, deploy, and manage end-user workspace technologies and Citrix infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture for Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Citrix Cloud environments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of VDI, XenApp, and NetScaler deployments.
• Automate workspace processes using Power Automate, Copilot, and robotic process automation.
• Troubleshoot escalated L1/L2/L3 issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve complex systemwide problems.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for all workspace technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years focused on VDI engineering.
• Deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops architecture.
• Extensive experience with Azure, specifically Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Proven ability to integrate Citrix with AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with NetScaler build and support.
• Strong background in VMware and Nutanix environments.
• Proficiency in using Power Automate and Copilot to streamline service delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IGEL technology.
