Description

You will provide third-level support and engineering for enterprise virtualization and cloud-hosted desktop solutions across Azure, AWS, and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft W365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Citrix XenApp/XenCloud solutions.
• Manage Citrix MCS processes and NetScaler Application Delivery Controllers.
• Integrate Windows Active Directory with networking services, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, and WINS.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents using CDFtrace, Process Explorer, and Process Monitor.
• Collaborate with L2 support teams to resolve escalated technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in virtualized environments using Citrix.
• Expertise in Microsoft W365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or C++.
• Strong knowledge of DHCP and DNS infrastructure.
• Working experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with thin client hardware (IGEL, HP).
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of FS Logix, SCCM, and Active Directory Group Policy.
• Experience with ServiceNow automation and Automation Architecture.
• ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
