Description

You will own the architecture, deployment, and operations of workspace virtualization technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Windows 365 (Cloud PCs) and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Manage Citrix infrastructure, including application support and 24/7 development.
• Troubleshoot escalated Tier II issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on projects and third-party vendor reviews.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in VDI engineering.
• Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of Citrix Cloud and associated automation.
• Strong background in Azure, specifically with W365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience with Citrix integration across AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with NetScaler build and support.
• Deep knowledge of VMware and Nutanix environments.
• Experience implementing Power Automate and Copilot to enhance service delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
