Description

You will manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Responsibilities

• Draft petitions, responsive pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Conduct discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Make regular court appearances on behalf of clients.
• Manage multiple legal priorities and strict deadlines.

Required Skills

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 4-10 years of litigation experience, specifically in civil litigation.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis/Nexis.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical capabilities.
• Expertise in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
