Description

You will manage civil construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring standards, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Manage delegated activities to ensure work meets required standards.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and codes.
• Communicate regularly with owners, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with superintendents to manage multiple projects and client relationships.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Direct experience in civil construction (highway, warehouse, earthwork, commercial, or industrial).
• Proficiency in civil construction and building materials.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and techniques.
• Ability to manage change management and program management tasks.
• Proven leadership skills to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
• Effective interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Any graduate degree.
