Description

Lead the planning, execution, and turnover of structural, civil, and architectural work. You will own the release pipeline from design development through contractor proposal verification.

Responsibilities

• Develop execution plans to meet cost and schedule expectations for industrial or commercial projects.
• Manage a team to deliver structural, civil, and architectural project components.
• Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project requirements.
• Create biddable work packages in coordination with procurement and verify contractor proposals.
• Present project status updates to executive leadership and develop funding requests for new projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in construction management.
• Proven track record managing $100M+ industrial or commercial construction projects.
• Experience supervising steel erection, roof decking, and core & shell components.
• Working knowledge of AISC, ACI, and ASTM standards.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and PlanGrid.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to spend a high percentage of time in the field to meet project objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a related field.
