Manage civil engineering and land development projects from inception to completion in York, PA.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects through all phases of the lifecycle.
• Coordinate technical requirements and project documentation.
• Communicate project status and technical details to team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project schedules and technical workflows.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• 10+ years of professional experience in civil engineering.
• PE or RLA license, or currently on the path to licensure.
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering principles.
• Strong technical and organizational skills.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in land development project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
