Description

You will implement and configure Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) solutions to track and optimize customer journeys.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement Adobe CJA solutions including data ingestion, transformation, and reporting.
• Build and optimize CJA setups for customer journey tracking.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations for actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and stewardship within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Data Lake.
• Integrate CJA with Adobe Real-time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe CJA.
• 2+ years of experience in data stewardship within AEP.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA, AEP, and Adobe Analytics.
• Strong background in data architecture and analytics using Adobe tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and SQL.
• Experience with ETL processes and API integrations.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert in Analytics or CJA.
