Description
You will design, implement, and maintain analytics solutions focused on customer journey optimization.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to track customer interactions across multiple channels.
- Design and implement data views, calculated metrics, and dimensions within the CJA environment.
- Integrate online and offline data sources to create unified insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize customer journeys and key performance metrics.
- Partner with marketing, product, and IT teams to align analytics solutions with business objectives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Google Analytics or other enterprise analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components like Real-Time CDP and Journey Orchestration.
- Familiarity with data integration tools such as Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or AWS Glue.
- Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and decision science.
