You will design, implement, and maintain analytics solutions focused on customer journey optimization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to track customer interactions across multiple channels.
• Design and implement data views, calculated metrics, and dimensions within the CJA environment.
• Integrate online and offline data sources to create unified insights.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize customer journeys and key performance metrics.
• Partner with marketing, product, and IT teams to align analytics solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise in visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other enterprise analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components like Real-Time CDP and Journey Orchestration.
• Familiarity with data integration tools such as Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or AWS Glue.
• Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and decision science.
