Description

Manage non-litigated general liability claims from receipt to resolution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Handle general liability claims, entering incident reports into the LIO system and maintaining detailed internal notes.
• Obtain statements from involved parties and request necessary investigative documentation.
• Review policy forms, endorsements, and deductibles to confirm coverage or declination.
• Manage claim timelines and diaries in accordance with statutes, regulations, and internal SOPs.

Required Skills

• Experience handling general liability claims (property/casualty focus; no personal lines).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual, global organization.
• Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary adjuster licenses.
• High School Diploma and relevant work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience handling general liability claims.
