Lead digital strategy engagements for banking clients, focusing on the transformation of core operational processes including claims reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy proposals to enhance KYC, AML, claims, and dispute management processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy digital solutions that optimize banking workflows.
• Advise clients on integrating emerging digital technologies into core banking areas.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with strategic objectives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on digital strategy in banking.
• Hands-on experience with KYC, AML, claims, and dispute processes.
• Proven track record leading digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector.
• Deep understanding of banking operational frameworks and regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications in banking or digital technologies.
