Description

You will process claims for Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Reimbursement Arrangements in compliance with IRS regulations and employer plan rules.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation in OnBase to verify date of service, type of service, and dollar amounts.
• Validate claim eligibility against specific plan names, plan years, and expense rules.
• Manage claim lifecycles by approving or denying claims within the Health Cloud platform.
• Process claims from multiple channels including consumer portals, mobile applications, emails, faxes, and mail.
• Maintain strict turnaround times by completing claims within two business days.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Claims Specialist.
• Proficiency using OnBase for workflow and document management.
• Experience navigating Health Cloud platforms to manage claim data.
• Ability to interpret and apply IRS regulations and specific employer plan rules.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying SSNs, claim numbers, and service documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
