You will manage claims adjudication and provider credentialing processes within a healthcare support environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute claims adjudication and provider credentialing workflows.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding claims and provider status via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain accurate data entry for healthcare records.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in claims or provider credentialing.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Previous experience working in a medical office.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Hard-wired internet connection with minimum 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speeds.
• Ability to work from a quiet, secure, and distraction-free environment.
