Description

Develop, support, and optimize SQL Server solutions for legal services projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and test T-SQL code to solve technical and analytical problems.
• Implement strategies to explore, analyze, interpret, and standardize complex datasets.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to develop data processing plans for custom project needs.
• Interface with business stakeholders to identify and clarify requirements.
• Manage and prioritize assigned tasks to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
• Advanced or expert-level knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL code development.
• Proficiency in tuning T-SQL queries and optimizing database server performance.
• Experience performing complex data analysis on very large datasets.
• 5+ years of experience leading the development of technical solutions.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and adapt technical solutions accordingly.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with peers, managers, and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
