You will oversee day-to-day processing for government and mortgage-backed operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage exception resolution and ensure adherence to internal controls and audit follow-ups.
• Drive continuous process improvement by updating procedures and enhancing the control environment.
• Lead performance management through coaching, talent evaluation, and staff training plan development.
• Execute divisional goals and department-level strategies while managing risk via monitoring and error detection.
• Communicate technical information to partners and non-technical colleagues in various group settings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in settlement operations.
• Expertise in trade capture and government securities markets.
• Proven ability in risk management and risk reduction.
• Deep understanding of compliance and monitoring controls.
• Experience establishing procedures and managing operational workflows.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
