You will serve as a primary point of contact and partner for client inquiries and concerns.
1. Education High school diploma or GED (minimum) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is often preferred 2. Experience 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or advocacy roles Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus 3.
