Description

Manage and expand key client accounts in the Retail and Travel sectors through strategic farming, pre-sales support, and delivery oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow existing accounts via upselling and cross-selling.
• Lead pre-sales activities including proposal development, solution design, and client presentations.
• Oversee delivery processes to ensure successful project execution and service quality.
• Architect integrated digital solutions and establish innovation offices for customers.
• Translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in IT or technology consulting.
• Proven expertise in account management, pre-sales, and customer relationship management.
• Strong technical understanding of AWS, Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Experience working with analytics platforms and automation solutions.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership.
• Strong business acumen to align technical solutions with market dynamics.
• Any Graduate degree.
