Description
You will manage client onboarding, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationships for financial services accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Provide expert advice on KYC requirements to clients and account managers during the account opening phase.
- Review client documentation for accuracy and compliance, identifying discrepancies and escalating high-risk matters to the Compliance team.
- Follow up with clients regarding required documentation and coordinate with Account Managers to resolve issues.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to facilitate smooth service delivery and governance alignment.
Required Skills
- 9+ years of experience in Client Onboarding, B2B Sales, or Account Executive roles.
- Industry experience in Brokerage, Treasury, Securities Exchange, Corporate Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong working knowledge of Client Management and Service Delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing governance, insurance, SOW, and MSA documentation.
- Proficiency in handling numerical data with strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability in B2B Sales and Marketing strategies.
- Any graduate degree.
