You will manage client relationships and strategic partnerships in a remote capacity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-level client relationships and expectations.
• Drive strategic initiatives to meet client objectives.
• Oversee account health and long-term growth.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in a Client Partner or similar relationship management role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale client accounts.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Degree from any graduate program.
