Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Execute business development strategies to identify and secure new opportunities.
• Drive sales cycles from initial contact through to contract execution.
• Oversee delivery management to ensure service requirements meet client expectations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Relationship Management or Sales.
• Proven background in Business Development.
• Experience working within IT Staffing or Software Services.
• Demonstrated ability in Delivery Management.
• Any Graduate degree.
