Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive sales and business development activities for IT staffing and software service offerings.
• Oversee delivery management to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client needs.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in relationship management within IT staffing or software services.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Experience in IT staffing models and software service delivery.
• Strong understanding of delivery management processes.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
