You will manage client relationships and drive business development within the IT staffing and software services sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing and software services.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to align client needs with service capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts and manage sales pipelines.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery management.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in relationship management or sales.
• Proven track record in business development within IT staffing.
• Experience managing software services delivery.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Understanding of the IT services market in India.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
