Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client relationships for IT staffing and software service engagements.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in IT staffing or software services.
• Proven track record in relationship management and account handling.
• Strong sales and business development capabilities.
• Experience in managing delivery management processes.
• Ability to coordinate between clients and technical delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
