Description

Manage healthcare client accounts with a primary focus on relationship maintenance and account growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, dedicating 80% of time to account management and 20% to sales and account mining.
• Run and manage customer meetings with stakeholders at all management levels.
• Triage customer submissions and communicate directly with clients to resolve technical or operational problems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to research and resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records and meet all reporting deadlines.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in healthcare claims processing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct client involvement with a proven record of professional engagement.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare data including claims, eligibility, providers, and accumulators.
• Understanding of system interfaces and the import/export processes for healthcare data.
• Experience managing accounts with multiple lines of business, such as platform implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), and operations.
• Experience managing payer accounts involving platform implementation.
• Business knowledge of Health Plans or Third Party Administrators (TPAs).
