Description

You will monitor, support, and troubleshoot client-server applications across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). You own incident resolution, system maintenance, and performance optimization to ensure high availability and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support client-server applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot server, application, and cloud-related issues.
• Manage cloud environments and perform system updates and patching.
• Handle incidents, tickets, and service requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical problems and ensure system security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in support or cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with troubleshooting and ticketing tools.
• Strong communication skills for technical collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Experience with monitoring tools.
