Responsibilities

• Own account profitability and margins while driving business growth from existing clients.
• Manage team targets and assign daily requirements based on workload.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements and facilitate interview setups.
• Mentor and coach team members, including Senior Technical Recruiters, on sourcing, technical terms, and performance.
• Monitor recruitment quality by auditing resumes and implementing new policies to accelerate hiring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proven expertise in US staffing.
• Deep knowledge of the Healthcare industry.
• Direct experience in client handling and account management.
• Demonstrated ability in managing teams and driving team targets.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and improve technical recruitment competencies.
• Strong skills in recruitment process optimization and policy implementation.
• Any Graduate degree.
