Description

Manage client accounts and lead recruitment teams within the US healthcare staffing sector. Own account profitability and margins while driving business growth from existing clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own account profitability, margins, and business growth for existing US healthcare clients.
• Manage team targets and assign daily requirements based on current workload.
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand staffing requirements and facilitate interview setups.
• Mentor and coach team members, including Senior Technical Recruiters, on sourcing strategies and technical terminology.
• Monitor recruitment quality by auditing resumes and implementing new policies to accelerate hiring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in US healthcare staffing.
• Proven expertise in client handling and account management.
• Deep knowledge of the US healthcare industry and its staffing nuances.
• Demonstrated ability in managing teams and driving team targets.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and improve technical recruitment competencies.
• Strong skills in recruitment process optimization and policy implementation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience reporting monthly business performance and team progress to management.
