Description

Manage client relationships and ensure adherence to program processes and policies within an MSP environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to improve performance against KPIs.
• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to provide comprehensive client support.
• Support requisition activities including requirement qualification, prioritization, and interview coordination.
• Engage candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in staffing and recruiting, VMS, or staffing MSP.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing requirement intake calls and scorecard meetings.
• Ability to develop and expand relationships at all organizational levels.

• Bachelor’s degree.
