You will manage daily credentialing examination administration and execute operational tasks to meet specific client service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and implement Credentialing Examinations on a daily basis.
• Own specific client projects and manage related deliverables.
• Assist department directors and leadership with targeted client initiatives.
• Execute operational tasks to support client service requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification.
• Strong customer service and customer support skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proven organizational skills.
