Description

Drive new business acquisition and strategic engagements within the life sciences, bio-tech, and med-tech sectors.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new life sciences clients through technical sales, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead meetings and build relationships with CXO-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Own the end-to-end solutioning process, including requirement capturing, costing, and proposal composition.
• Manage demand generation through marketing campaigns, conferences, and roadshows.
• Collaborate with delivery and sales teams to drive exponential account expansion.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT services or consultancy specifically working with Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical clients.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or related role in IT services.
• Proven experience in technical sales and solutioning focused on Cloud, Data, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences industry domain and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrable ability to negotiate contracts and manage legal terms and conditions.
• Expertise in forecasting, tracking quarterly sales results, and annual account metrics.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills for C-level stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
