Description

Lead delivery of digital solutions and manage large-scale strategic accounts to drive business outcomes and cloud consumption.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Envision and deliver digital transformation plans by identifying customer pain points and industry trends.
• Own the delivery operating model and governance to ensure quality execution for large strategic accounts.
• Manage financial commitments including consumption revenue, ISD direct Azure impact, and billable revenue.
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive mitigation and change management plans.
• Monitor solution roll-outs using metrics and feedback mechanisms to drive systemic improvements.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of total professional experience.
• 7-10 years of dedicated program management experience.
• Proven track record managing accounts with annual revenue of $10 million or higher.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
• Strong ability to identify quantitative business value and track KPIs.
• Experience managing P&L accountabilities and driving cloud consumption.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work near or around the NYC area.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data or MDM based transformation solutions.
