Description

Provide direct support to internal and external customers as their primary point of contact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop one-on-one relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Work independently to provide tailored support to callers based on their specific needs.
  • Own and resolve customer issues of varying complexity from inception to completion.
  • Provide technical support across various computer systems.
  • Participate in special projects, including training and support for contacts.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a client service or call center role.
  • 1+ years of experience navigating multiple computer systems.
  • Knowledge of broker/dealer account opening processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, CA, at least twice per week.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • 1+ years of experience in Financial Services.
  • 2+ years of experience in high-level service delivery and problem resolution.
