Provide direct support to internal and external customers as their primary point of contact.
Responsibilities
- Develop one-on-one relationships with internal and external customers.
- Work independently to provide tailored support to callers based on their specific needs.
- Own and resolve customer issues of varying complexity from inception to completion.
- Provide technical support across various computer systems.
- Participate in special projects, including training and support for contacts.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a client service or call center role.
- 1+ years of experience navigating multiple computer systems.
- Knowledge of broker/dealer account opening processes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work on-site in El Segundo, CA, at least twice per week.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 1+ years of experience in Financial Services.
- 2+ years of experience in high-level service delivery and problem resolution.
