Drive product demand and sales goals within an assigned Boston, MA territory by communicating clinical value to healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales objectives for product volume, reach, and frequency using a structured call plan.
• Build professional relationships with healthcare professionals, clinical decision-makers, and office support staff.
• Navigate local care delivery systems and pharmacy benefits to manage patient access and remove barriers.
• Collaborate with matrix partners including Field Reimbursement Managers, Medical Science Liaisons, and Account Executives.
• Execute account activities such as profiling, call planning, and reviewing sales data for at-home administration.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industries.
• Ability to navigate complex local ecosystems, including payer environments and pharmacy benefits.
• Experience managing patient journeys within at-home care settings.
• Strong understanding of competitive marketplaces and prescriber decision drivers.
• Valid US Driver’s License and residence within the assigned territory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling injectable products and calling on Rheumatologists.
• Demonstrated understanding of the managed care landscape and its impact on business.
• Ability to discuss therapeutic strategies to influence decision-makers.
