Description

You will lead the clinical implementation of Philips IntelliSpace Cardiovascular (ISCV) within customer production environments, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow analyses on customer sites and recommend process changes to prepare for system integration.
• Serve in a consultative role to guide clinical decisions throughout the implementation project.
• Develop and deliver clinical training courses for customers and employees regarding complex product use.
• Investigate customer issues by collaborating closely with Technical Support service personnel.
• Analyze customer feedback and support data to recommend procedural or training improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Sonography role and/or 2+ years supporting or implementing Cardiology Informatics software.
• 1+ year of experience acting as a trainer or analyst for clinical software.
• Bachelor’s Degree in health science, business, or engineering.
• Ability to diagnose complex customer issues and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professional customer service skills.
• Ability to complete complex tasks independently with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% by car and air to customer sites in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Preferred Skills

• RDCS, RCIS, or FASE certification.
