Description

You will act as a domain expert to drive the implementation and adoption of PACS solutions within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow analysis and manage the configuration of PACS solutions to meet specific operational requirements.
• Guide customers through testing, clinical integration, and the implementation of new functionality.
• Facilitate change management by coaching users and establishing comprehensive training plans.
• Collaborate with project teams to execute clinical go-live transitions and support first productive use.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve application issues or defects following standard processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working in the Life Sciences industry.
• Up to 2 years of clinical or related experience in the Radiology PACS domain or specialty.
• Strong understanding of industry standards for ethics and compliance risk.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-constituent change management and stakeholder coaching.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for consultative client engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Tableau, Qlikview, or Splunk.
