Description

You will build and manage clinical data pipelines to transform eCRF information into usable variables for clinical studies.

Responsibilities

• Build clinical data pipelines and write R code to load and transform data.
• Develop datasets for Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs).
• Transform clinical information from eCRFs into usable variables while ensuring FDA compliance for future submissions.
• Define and develop data asset creation workflows from pre-processing through dissemination.
• Convert data transformation rules from pseudocode to executable code and validate data integrity.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with pharmaceutical or biotechnology clinical trial data.
• Strong proficiency in R, including R Markdown and RStudio.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with at least one system-level programming language: Go, Java, or C++.
• Experience defining and implementing data transformation rules.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (2 days onsite in Menlo Park, CA).

Preferred Skills

• BS/MS in a quantitative scientific field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or bioinformatics.
