Description

You will manage computer operations and application lifecycles for clinical departmental applications within the Adult Cardiology space.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the support, maintenance, optimization, and upgrade of departmental clinical computer systems.
• Collaborate with clinical customers to align requests with existing infrastructure and strategic priorities.
• Manage vendor activities during the installation, implementation, and training phases of new systems.
• Investigate operational problems and prepare proposals for Department Managers and supervisors.
• Maintain documentation regarding application architecture and ensure compliance with HIPAA and TJC guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT or clinical application support.
• Direct experience with GE Muse, Fuji Synapse, Siemens Syngodynamics, or Philips Ultrasound Workspace.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis within a clinical environment.
• Experience working with Department Managers and Supervisors to solve operational issues.
• Knowledge of Information Assurance (IA) standards to maintain safe clinical IT environments.
• Ability to manage the acquisition and implementation of department-specific clinical information systems.
