You will act as the primary point of contact for clients through phone and chat to resolve inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities

• Address client inquiries and requests promptly via phone and chat channels.
• Document all interactions accurately within the ticketing tool.
• Escalate complex cases to technical teams or higher-level support when necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to align support with medical trends and processes.
• Utilize the hospital knowledge base to identify and resolve fundamental product and service problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical service desk or similar support role.
• Working knowledge of US healthcare processes.
• Foundational understanding of ITIL principles.
• Experience managing client interactions using established protocols and ticketing systems.
• Ability to resolve basic service and product issues independently.
• Any Graduate degree.
