Description

You will own end-to-end CLM implementations on the Agiloft platform, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit-gap analysis and define future-state processes for contract lifecycle management.
• Design and manage CLM configurations including contract templates, clause libraries, and workflows.
• Facilitate design workshops, document findings, and obtain customer sign-off on user stories.
• Create training materials and conduct user training or Train-The-Trainer sessions.
• Partner with executive sponsors to drive user adoption and manage project risks.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in CLM solutions architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Agiloft, SpringCM, Adobe Sign, or DocuSign.
• Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to create process flows, user stories, and design documentation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
