Description

You will own the end-to-end contract lifecycle management process, from creation and execution to renewal and termination.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management including creation, execution, analysis, renewals, and termination.
• Own contract workflows within Coupa, covering intake, drafting, approvals, signatures, and compliance tracking.
• Ensure all contracts align with company policies and applicable government regulations.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Business teams to align contracts with organizational goals.
• Drive process improvements to streamline contract management operations.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in Contract Management, Procurement, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with Coupa CLM.
• Solid understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in CLM and Procurement Operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
